How the letters are built
Each letter is assembled from pre-written paragraph blocks that have been reviewed against current legislation. Your answers to the intake questions determine which blocks are selected and how they are combined. The result is a letter that is specific to your situation but built from language that has already been checked.
What varies and what does not
The legal references, escalation language, and formal structure are fixed. They do not change between users. What varies is the factual detail: your name, address, the type of problem, how long it has been present, whether you have reported it before, and who the letter is addressed to.
What “legally reviewed” means
Every paragraph block used in the letters has been reviewed against the relevant legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018, and current government guidance. This review checks that statutory references are accurate and that the language reflects the tenant’s legal position correctly. It does not constitute legal advice for your individual circumstances.
What this service is not
